Sofa Zone is an Egyptian company specializing in the design and manufacturing of furniture, based in Giza. For seven years, we have strived to enhance the customer experience and provide high-quality products that meet your aspirations.

Product Information and Pricing:

Sofa Zone offers a diverse range of furniture including: corner sofas, living room sets, couches, chaise lounges, poufs, benches, bedrooms (master and children's), dressers, wardrobes, tables, and more.
All products are handcrafted in our factory using high-quality imported materials under strict supervision.
Wood Used: We are committed to using high-durability natural beech wood to ensure the longest lifespan for our products.
Fabrics: We provide multiple options including linen, velvet, and other high-quality fabrics that are characterized by elegance and practicality.
Foam: We use high-density foam to ensure maximum comfort and durability.
Accessories: All accessories used in manufacturing are characterized by superior quality and modern design.
Turkish Mechanism: We rely on advanced Turkish mechanisms to provide a smooth and practical user experience that lasts.
Prices: Subject to change based on fluctuations in raw material prices, with a commitment to inform customers in advance.

Payment Terms:

We offer flexible payment options to suit our customers' needs:

Payment Methods:
- Cash on delivery.
- Credit card payment.
- E-wallets (such as Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash, Etisalat Cash, etc.).
- Payment via “Aman” and “Masary” machines and branches.
Installment Plans:
- We offer multiple installment plans, which you can view on the “Payment Methods” page.
Custom Orders:
- For orders that include special changes (such as sizes or designs), a 25% deposit is required.
- The amount paid is non-refundable as the product is made to order.

Return and Exchange Policy:

Returns:
- The product can be returned within 14 days of receipt in case of a defect or change of mind.
- The product must be in its original condition and in the packaging it was received in.
- The return policy does not include custom-made products.
Exchanges:
- The product can be exchanged before shipping or after receipt with payment of the price difference (if any) and shipping costs.
- In case of return or exchange without a defect in the product, the customer bears the full shipping cost, whether it is the shipping cost upon receipt or when returning the product.
Cancellations:
- The customer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days of confirmation.
- After this period, the customer bears the cancellation cost if the product is ready or in the shipping stage.

Warranty:

All our products come with a warranty of up to 3 years on wood and 1 year on foam.
Warranty services include:
- Free maintenance during the first 3 months of receipt.
- Free maintenance for up to 3 years with the customer bearing transportation costs if the repair requires transporting the product to the factory.
Please inspect the product upon receipt. If there is any defect or difference from the order, it can be refused without charges.
