Return Policy
Sofa Zone customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt
Rejection During Delivery
If the customer inspects the product while the delivery representative is present and wishes to refuse receipt for any reason, the product is returned immediately without the customer bearing any shipping or transport costs.

If the customer receives the product and the representative leaves, then the customer wishes to make a return within the designated 14-day period, the customer bears the cost of shipping and transport for the return.

If a manufacturing defect is discovered in the received product, Sofa Zone will replace the product completely free of charge without charging the customer any additional shipping fees.

If the customer wishes to exchange the product for another without any manufacturing defects in the original product, the customer bears the shipping costs for the exchange plus paying the price difference between the two products if any.
