First: Before Delivery
- We recommend carefully inspecting the product to ensure it matches specifications
- If there is a discrepancy, you have the right to refuse delivery at no charge
Second: Returns Within 14 Days
- You can return the product if there is a defect or issue
- All accessories must be complete
- Product must be in original packaging and condition
- Does not apply to custom-made products
Third: First 3 Months Maintenance
- Any repairs required during this period are completely free
- No additional charges
Fourth: 3 Months to 3 Years
- Maintenance is free
- Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility if the product needs to be transported to the factory
Shipping Damage
- The company is responsible for repairs in case of damage during delivery
- You have the right to refuse delivery if there is damage
